We have videographers in every major metro, throughout the US, ready to film your loved one’s legacy video. Contact us to discuss your location details.
How much of a deposit is required?
A retainer fee of 40% is required for the services to be performed. This is a non-refundable retainer. In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid is non-refundable.
No date is reserved until a retainer is received. The retainer shall be applied toward the total cost of services to be rendered.
What forms of payment are excepted?
Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, etc?
How many copies of my video will I receive?
Mindful Memories provides ONE final, professionally edited, legacy video per customer. Legacy videos will be delivered via mail on a flash drive, inside of a customized keepsake box.
How long will it take to receive my final copy?
Delivery times for final products may vary, based upon the package purchased and scope of work, but generally it may take up to 2-4 weeks.
What is the custom keepsake box?
Your legacy video will be put onto a flash drive that fits perfectly inside a matching wooden box.
Your flash drive keepsake box is 100% handmade and stained, and may be customized with your loved one’s name engraved on it, along with any date of your choosing.
All of the above is included in the final price paid.
