PACKAGE BASICS

*The duration of a legacy video will vary from interviewee to interviewee based on how interview responses go, recollecting memories, etc. We encourage every family to take their time and have fun throughout the process!

BEFORE & DURING THE INTERVIEW.

The interview will take place from the comfort of the interviewee’s home and is a candid conversational style interview. If you’d like to be the one interviewing your loved one, on or off camera, let us know!

Our staff will come into the home with professional equipment; microphones, cameras and lighting. For optimal lighting, the home may need to be slightly rearranged for the interview. Please allow our staff up to an hour to set up equipment, upon arrival. Before shooting, staff will sit down and run through the selected questions and make sure they flow nicely.

The interviewee will be seated with a lapel microphone, near natural lighting (with or without additional lighting) or outdoors, if possible. Have ideas for us? Let us know! We want you and your family to feel at ease throughout this process. This is a fun day to remember, for everyone!

AFTER THE INTERVIEW.

After the interview, our staff will help put the home back in it’s original standing. The videographer will use photos provided, background music and pieces of the film to create a captivating and professional video to last a lifetime. If there is a personal favorite song you’d like for us to use in your video, please let us know ahead of time!

You will receive a rough edit to review prior to us putting final touches on your video. We want your legacy video to be exactly what you envision!

You will receive 1 flash drive of your legacy video in a customized wooden keepake box. Your video will remain in our video archvies, on our website for free viewing, up to 1 year.

A 20 minute professionally edited legacy video. This can be someone you’ve nominated, family or close friend, or someone that wants to share their story themself.

Select up to 10 candid interview questions, from our list, to have our staff (or yourself) ask your family member. Choose a minimum of 10 photos to add to the film, which will be sprinkled throughout.

This package is lightly edited into a short video to include your loved one answering questions and speaking about their life, background music and any photos that have been selected.

You will receive 1 flash drive in a wooden keepsake box, customized to include your loved one’s name and the date of your choice. Your legacy video will be posted to our website with free viewing up to 1 year.

Angel Oak Package:  $1,999.00

A captivating 30 minute legacy video with a loved one, family member or close friend, highlighting their life from early childhood to present day.

Choose a minimum of 16 focus photos showcasing your loved ones life, reflecting on the 16 interview questions you have chosen from our list.

This package is professionally edited into more of a documentary style film, including background music and your photos or  any images taken. Subtitles and chapters may be included as necessary.

You will receive 1 flash drive in a wooden keepsake box, customized to include your loved one’s name and the date of your choice. Your legacy video will be posted to our website with free viewing up to 1 year.

Hyperion Redwood Package:  $3,199.00

A captivating 45 minute professionally edited legacy video with a loved one or close friend, recounting their life stories, family history and memories from early childhood, up to present day.

Choose up to 25 interview questions for your loved one and a minimum of 25 personal photos to include throughout the video. We will include drone shots and b-roll; for example, cooking a meal in the kitchen with grandchildren, showcasing the garden, going through war memoribilia, or perhaps there is a special place within a short distance that you’d like us to get on film, etc.

This package is professionally edited into a cinematic short film and includes background music, any provided photos or images taken. Chapters and subtitles are also included.
